I provide tailored music therapy sessions for young people who need additional emotional, behavioural, or mental health support. Commissioned by schools, local authorities, or care providers, each programme is carefully designed to meet the specific needs of the individual or group. These sessions offer a safe, creative space for young clients to express themselves, build confidence, develop emotional resilience, and form healthier relationships — all at their own pace, and always grounded in trust, choice, and the healing power of music. Some of my clients: Swindon Borough Council, Kandu Arts, The Harbour Project for Youth.
Restore, recharge & reconnect — wellbeing that resonates.
We know your company cares about its people.
You’ve already taken steps toward supporting employee wellbeing — and in today’s high-pressure world, that truly matters.
Music in harmony for teams offers something new and unconventional:
A gentle, human-centred space that gives employees room to breathe, reconnect, and feel supported — through the power of music.
Led by Luiza Moir, a qualified Music Psychotherapist (MA), musician, and experienced group facilitator, these on-site sessions are designed to enhance emotional wellbeing, reduce stress, and strengthen team connection — in a way that feels real, relaxed, and enjoyable.
No musical experience is needed. Just an open mind and e.g. 60–90 minutes to feel more like yourself again.
· 60–90 minute fully guided session (or longer event, if needed – e.g. as a part of integration initiatives or special occasions).
· All materials provided — including instruments, portable tech, lyrics, and PA system if needed.
· Optional quiet reflection or group sharing.
· In-person delivery (on-site at your workplace).
· Clearer minds, calmer moods
· A sense of connection and belonging
· Practical tools to handle stress and emotional overwhelm
· A break that feels meaningful — and maybe even fun
· A new experience of music, self, and team
This isn’t therapy disguised as fun. It’s not performance or pass/fail.
It’s simply space. Space to breathe, feel, and reconnect — together.
You’ve already built a culture that cares.
Let’s deepen that care with something your people will genuinely feel.

Let’s bring harmony into the workday — one team at a time.
Together with Sounds Like Women, I deliver inclusive, music-led events that bring people together — especially those from disadvantaged or marginalised communities — to connect, express themselves, and feel supported. In 2023 and 2024, we ran ten monthly Better With Music Café events across Swindon, offering live music, therapeutic workshops, and safe conversations around the most pressing local issues. I’ve also provided music workshops and wellbeing sessions as part of events organised by Swindon Borough Council, Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind, The Harbour Project, The Nelson Trust, and others. In addition to creating and hosting my own community events, I can also be commissioned or hired to support external events and outreach programmes — bringing music-based engagement, therapeutic activities, and inclusive energy to community-focused spaces and causes. In addition to creating and hosting my own community events, I can also be commissioned or hired to support external events and outreach programmes – bringing music-based engagement, therapeutic activities, and inclusive energy to community-focused spaces and causes.
Online music therapy offers a flexible, accessible way to receive support from the comfort of your own space — especially helpful for those living at a distance, in rural areas, or unable to attend in person due to health or personal circumstances. In February and March 2025, I piloted a Better With Music Online group, creating a safe, creative environment where participants could connect, express themselves, and feel supported. Building on its success, we’ll be launching weekly online group music therapy sessions later this summer — open to anyone seeking emotional support, connection, and self-expression through music. No musical experience needed. For more information or to book a place, please see the Contact page.
